Our client is a leader in their field and has grown rapidly through acquisition. Their main business is in the UK but have offices in 7 other countries
Dayforce HCM, WfM, Payroll is their chosen tech which has been rolled out to some countries and in operation and others are in discovery phase. They have a Dayforce team of 8 technical systems administrators which is likely to increase to 10 but need someone to come in and head up the whole operation across Europe.
This person will be technical savvy with Dayforce and ideally worked on 2 Dayforce projects or have 2-3yrs minimum. Ideally you will come from a config and implementation background but also moved into management where you can drive the team to deliver.
Each country is in different cycles needing different things so you will have experience of mid-implementation projects, BAU and also discovery.
As Head of Dayforce you will have the following responsibilities and experience:

End-to-end responsibility for Dayforce for the entire business

Delivering optimisation through the additional modules (Recruitment and Onboarding, Learning, Compensation…)

They need presence in Manchester 2-3 days per week for 2-3 weeks per month. Ideally it is more and every week would be preferred. Expenses can be paid for travel and overnight stay if not local.
This is a perm role but they could do an initial Day Rate Contract to Perm conversion if you are genuine about going perm.
