Our client is a Corporate Group of Practices that implemented Dayforce HR and Payroll earlier this years. They are having anomalies with their Payroll (particularly for sickness absences) and require a Consultant to provide systems administration, config and optimisation, data management, user support and training plus project and change management.
The role will be for 3-6 months but could extend.
Key Responsibilities
System Administration

Maintain Dayforce modules (HR, Workforce Management, Talent, etc.).

Manage security roles, permissions, and data access controls.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.
Configuration & Optimization

Maintain business rules, workflows, and approval processes.

Ensure compliance with company policies, and audit requirements.
Data Management

Maintain accurate employee records

Perform data audits and ensure integrity across all modules.

Support imports/exports and assist with reporting needs.
User Support & Training

Serve as Tier 2/3 support for Dayforce-related issues.

Develop training materials and conduct sessions for HR and managers.

Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.
Project & Change Management
-
Assist in Dayforce-related projects (module rollouts, enhancements).

Coordinate UAT and ensure smooth deployment of changes.
