Remote with 1 day per week in the office (Hayes)
The role of Customer Service Assistant in our clients Customer Experience Team. On a day-to-day basis, you will expect to provide support to customers and sales team who may need help with various queries, this will be via email or through our messaging hub. You will also be completing reports in Excel to support the sales team and provide customers with shipment data that they need, to be used to as a monitoring tool.
The role requires an immense attention to detail, motivation, organisational skills, to be a real team player within a business as supporting each other is a key. You will also need to be able to think creatively to solve problems, be persistent, eager to learn and have a clear communication skill (verbal and written).
Main responsibilities:

Completing weekly and month reports in Excel

Closely working between departments, providing support where needed

Answering emails and messages

Investigating possible causes of delays

Proactive monitoring

Ad hoc duties, when required by your line manager
Skills and Knowledge:

Basic working knowledge of Excel
