Our client is a Corporate Group of Practices that implemented Dayforce HR and Payroll earlier this years. They are having anomalies with their Payroll (particularly for sickness absences) and require a Consultant to provide systems administration, config and optimisation, data management, user support and training plus project and change management.

The role will be for 3-6 months but could extend.

Key Responsibilities

System Administration

  • Maintain Dayforce modules (HR, Workforce Management, Talent, etc.).

  • Manage security roles, permissions, and data access controls.

  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues promptly.

Configuration & Optimization

  • Maintain business rules, workflows, and approval processes.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and audit requirements.

Data Management

  • Maintain accurate employee records

  • Perform data audits and ensure integrity across all modules.

  • Support imports/exports and assist with reporting needs.

User Support & Training

  • Serve as Tier 2/3 support for Dayforce-related issues.

  • Develop training materials and conduct sessions for HR and managers.

  • Maintain documentation for processes and configurations.

Project & Change Management

  • Assist in Dayforce-related projects (module rollouts, enhancements).

  • Coordinate UAT and ensure smooth deployment of changes.

The position is remote with occasional travel to Yorkshire.
