Our client is a not-for-profit organisation helping public sector clients deliver better buildings and homes through their digital procurement framework of pre-tendered suppliers. Construction projects produce a levy that is then put back into social purpose projects.
They are on an exciting digital journey to make the business more operational efficient and to scale to maximise the impact of social purpose contributions. To assist, they are looking for a Systems Analyst / Microsoft Developer to help enhance their Dynamics 365 and Power Platform environment.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in developing and improving their Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, and Power Automate solutions — creating smarter, more customer-centric systems. This role will suit someone hands-on with Microsoft technologies who enjoys solving problems, building data-driven tools, and delivering meaningful business insights.
What You’ll Be Doing

Develop and extend their Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions

Create Power BI dashboards and data models for better decision-making

Support integrations with Azure, SQL Server, SharePoint, and Sage

Build and maintain customer portals using Power Pages

Help improve reporting, data flow, and automation across the business

Work closely with internal teams to support and document changes
What We’re Looking For

Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate)

Solid knowledge of SQL, Power Query, and data integration

Understanding of Azure services, APIs, and system connectivity

PL-900 certification is essential

PL-200 or PL-100 desirable

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
