Exeter-based with travel across the South West
£78kpa + Car Allowance + 22.8% Pension

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Director to lead the South West Division of this Procurement business for Construction projects. This is a senior leadership role, accountable for driving growth, building partnerships, and delivering high-quality procurement solutions that improve homes, buildings, and communities across the region.

The Role
• Lead and grow the business as the leading framework provider for the public sector in the South West.
• Drive business development, building strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
• Manage and inspire a regional team to deliver excellence and innovation.
• Shape and deliver the business plan, ensuring alignment with wider group strategy.
• Promote social value and community impact through procurement activity.

About You

You will bring:
• Significant experience in business development or client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge and networks in construction, housing, procurement, or the public sector.
• A proven track record of leading multi-functional teams to achieve results.
• Commercial awareness and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A degree or vocational qualification (professional membership desirable).

Additional Information
The role is based near Exeter, with regular travel across the South West and occasional national commitments (including overnight stays). A full driving licence is required.
