Our client is implementing Dayforce HR and Payroll with a Go Live in October 2025 and currently require 2 x Consultants to compliment the team. One to focus on Payroll and the other Core HR and integrations.

For Payroll, this will be working closely for the Payroll Manager who runs payroll for 3000 staff. You will have run payroll previously to assist with this at times for holiday or sickness but the main focus of the role is to configure a number of areas in Dayforce including Pension set up, leavers, absentees, salary sacrifice schemes and other.

The role is both advisory and technical so you will know Dayforce Payroll well, looking at earnings deductions, codes and so on. This role requires 2 Days in Essex and the rest remote.

For Core HR, this is configuring a wide range of modules in Core HR which will also be integrating with other systems to include SAP Finance, Darwin Benefits and Service Now.

This is more of a Support type role configuring where needed across HR and working with the Integrations Team. Need to have experience of building custom forms, workflows, and reports.

This role will be 2 days in London per week and rest remote.

Skills and Experience:

  • Dayforce Configuration in Payroll and/or Core HR

  • For Payroll – need to have run payroll previously

  • Both roles require setting up security and governance

  • Experience of building Custom forms, workflows, reports

  • Payroll 2 days in Colchester, HR 2 days in London per week
