Our client is a leader in their field with 15,000 employees across 8 European companies.
They are in the process of implementing Dayforce across their business with Core HR and other module already in place in some countries and others just about to start the journey. Other modules are also being planned.
As Dayforce goes live we need a Support team to Administer and need 2 System Admins to work remotely in the UK but must be able to speak at least 1 additional language to English so support end users in-country (Spain, German, France, Netherlands, Italy)
You will probably have started working in an HR Advisor/assistant type role and got involved in HCM to then have 1-2 yrs administrating an HR System. Dayforce is highly preferred here but could be any others such as SuccessFactors, Workday, Zellis, iTrent and so on. You must be fluent in at least one other language though.
The role will be a mixture of System Admin and Product Owner.
