Our client is at the beginning of a major Digital Transformation with a key Programme to replace an existing Housing Management system with an off the shelf solution based on D365. F&O is already in place, so this programme is focussing on CE (CRM) and integrating with F&O and other systems. It will be an end-to-end solution covering all areas of Housing, a customer portal and so on.
The Project Managers will be responsible for planning and delivering specific workstreams (Data, Technology, People, Change) and also bringing them all together. This will be working with the Enterprise Architect and Data Architect and supporting team. Projects will include delivering a customer portal and overseeing the config of D365 as their new Housing System. Part of this role will require strong planning skills and management of Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies (RAID logs).
Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience as a Project Managers delivering Business Systems

Have previously Project Managed the implementation of D365 CE

Has previously worked as a PM in Housing and ideally delivered D365 for a Housing client

Strong stakeholder management experience

Previously worked on projects requiring integration of systems

Strong Planning experience including updating the plan and RAID logs and project governance

Vendor Management experience.
