As part of a major European HR Transformation Programme, our client is implementing a new HR System across 20 countries starting with France, Germany, Spain, Portugal and Norway. The Design phase has been completed and the Service Integrator is starting to configure the system to meet the business requirements for each country. We now need a Test Manager to lead on all Functional Testing activity to make sure that the system is configured correctly.

You will come in at the point where the Catalogue and Strategy needs to be completed, and you provide the detailed Test plan as to what needs to be done and when and by what resources. Resources will need to be identified from the business in each country and then their delivery of testing is managed, executed, and recorded.
