Our client is an offshore professional services organisation established in multiple jurisdictions that is growing and looking to expand its Technology Teams via a new office in the UK. It is an exciting time to join, as in January they will be starting a prolonged Technology refresh Programme right across the business. This will include their Practice Management System, business systems that will integrate with this and also new and upgraded systems across their Microsoft Stack.

We now need a Technology Trainer and Digital Adoption specialist that will be responsible for all Training needs, delivery and materials for all new systems implemented and analyse and report on the digital adoption of these systems.

Responsibilities as follows:

  • Lead the training and digital adoption work streams of all technology implementation projects.

  • Take the responsibility for the development of the Group’s technology training portal, including the development of training videos and documentation.

  • Perform all technology induction for new starters

  • Contribute to the development of the Group’s digital journey by promoting the benefits of what is being implemented.

  • Take the responsibility for the delivery of training programmes that include web-based seminars, printed manuals, group sessions and training videos.

  • Conduct regular meetings with senior management to identify subjects to be addressed or areas in need of additional instruction.

  • Analyse systems usage data to identify potential digital adoption gaps.

  • Build a repository of digital adoption reports and KPIs.

  • Identify areas where process improvements can be achieved through digital adoption.

  • Identify ways of achieving maximum productivity across the group by encouraging the use of technology to its maximum potential. Improve employee engagement and therefore performance.

  • Develop a two-way communication channel to assist with gathering feedback across the group.

  • Undertake a business analysis role on some initiatives, sourcing requirements from users to build into technology implementations and then delivering the training on this.

  • Act as an ambassador for the Technology department in all dealings with customers.

  • Identify & recommend process improvements, efficiency gains and cost savings to the Group.

  • Encourage staff awareness of cyber security risks and of best practice guidelines.

  • Ensure security and privacy best practices, policies and procedures are considered as part of all training and digital adoption initiatives.

It will be 3 Days per week in their new central Southampton Offices close to great facilities and the rest remote. It is a 35hr week with flexible working with potential to travel across to other locations throughout the world.
