Our client is the largest of its kind in Europe and currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation including the implementation of a range of key business applications covering Payroll, HR, Finance, PMS and LMS. The UK is the headquarters and in 2021 have gone through a restructure of their IT Service and Teams to cope with current technology and systems, but now need to review, get ready for and manage the Service of these new business systems that are going live in early 2022. As a result, we are looking for 2 x Service Delivery Managers to manage Service for Global Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the suppliers and making sure they meet SLA contracts.

  • Oversee Upgrades, migrations, configuration management, release management, service transition and help determine how, when and where

  • Create service processes and provide strong documentation

  • Work with Global Service Design Consultant to determine where support for systems will be based and people requirements

You will have broad Service Delivery experience supporting business system implementations, their suppliers and structuring people in the right places to deliver support for end users. Any experience of LMS, HR, Payroll, etc a bonus. Additional languages to English; nice to have.

The role will be remote based but trips to Bristol HQ 1-2 days per week or fortnight. These are busy roles with excellent career progression opportunities.
