Project Manager – Payroll Implementation

Our client, who are an established and successful business based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing delivery of a new payroll system.

We’re looking for:

● Proven track record as a Project Manager, with experience of successfully
delivering complex payroll and HR systems implementations.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts
to non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guide and motivate project teams.
● Proven ability to identify challenges, develop solutions, and make informed decisions.
● Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and thrive in a dynamic environment.

3 days per week onsite, 2 remote
Contract up until April 2024 initially
Day rate: £NEG (outside IR35)
