Our client is the largest of its kind in Europe and still growing through acquisition. They are made up of a number of small to large companies that have combined to form a Group that benefits from Shared Services across Finance, IT, HR and all other business units.

Within their Technology Team, they are now looking for a customer facing Field Engineer to provide a mixture of remote (from home) and onsite support to a 2nd line level across their Network Infrastructure.

Key skills they are looking for are:
• Network Infrastructure (Switches, Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Printing, Cabling, Connectivity, IP and IP Telephony, Printers)
• Server Support
• AD/Group Policy

You will likely work 2 days from home in a remote support capacity and then travel to sites anywhere North of Birmingham to Scotland for the other 3 days of the week. Locations could be given at short notice (but not extreme distances between sites) so you will thrive on travelling and helping end users in person and be willing to stay overnight when appropriate.
