Our client is an international business going through extensive growth and are looking for an experienced IT Business Partner/Business Relationship Manager.

There are 2 facets to this role; both international and UK centric. Internationally, the company is expanding into other countries this year and as those central teams form, they will need IT Services managed from UK HQ. Your role will be to liaise between those Countries Senior Leaders and internally to make sure IT needs are met and being the main point of contact for projects and ongoing needs.

The UK Centric role is to support external business with IT Needs and to manage expectations and what is achievable. This will also be working across all business units (HR, Payroll, Finance, etc) to determine what their needs are. You will need to turn business needs for technology into IT requirements.

Key Skills:

– Strong Stakeholder and Relationship Management experience

– Ability to communicate business needs to IT

– Negotiation skills

– Ability to work independently

– Exposure to various methodologies such as ITIL, Prince 2 and Agile

You will have a passion for Relationship Management. This role is 1-2 days in Bristol per week and the rest remote.
