Our client is the largest of its kind in Europe, achieving their growth over a short period of time through friendly acquisition. These likeminded businesses have joined forces to form a Group of companies which will all benefit from centralised services (IT, HR, Payroll, Finance, etc) and economies of scale.

Before that can occur, there are a number of transformation programmes ongoing to harmonise processes, procedures and polices. There are therefore a number of projects to be delivered affecting systems, business processes and ways of working and they now need 2 Business Analysts to assist with this.

We require the following:

  • Business Analysis to capture requirements for business applications (integration, upgrades, new implementations)

  • Business Analysis to document “as is” processes and then Target Operating Model “to be” processes

  • Experience of Gap Analysis

  • Agile and Waterfall experience

  • Ability to organise workshops and manage stakeholders.

  • Any experience of working on requirements for Shared Services and/or within Finance Transformations/ Finance processes and systems (accounting, ERP, etc) would be a bonus

  • Visio or other tool expected.

This is a positive, busy environment with a great team and lots of varied projects to work on with a major end goal. Some presence required in Bristol possibly 1-2 days per week or fortnight but mostly remote.
